OnlyWheels
OnlyFans (OF) is a popular subscription social platform for creators to monetize their premium content directly from their followers. Platforms like OF empower marginalized or underrepresented communities to thrive, where they are typically at a disadvantage on traditional platforms and advertising models.

Due to employment gaps and barriers in the workplace, (i.e. inaccessible technology, lack of materials in alternate formats, physically inaccessible spaces, and discriminatory attitudes towards persons with disabilities), disabled people are often left with no choice but to seek alternative career paths like entrepreneurship. Some use OF as a viable platform to generate income because virtual/remote work is an accessible and safe space for the chronically-ill and disabled community. Although stigmatized, a platform like OF allows a more accurate representation of the wide range of experiences and perspectives from creators with diverse backgrounds; it creates a new opportunity and way of gaining visibility and income.
Today, there are more than six million Canadians living with a disability. Self-employment is an excellent option for PWD (Persons With Disabilities). It allows for flexibility in their work hours and environment to accommodate their unique needs, limitations, and energy levels—ultimately empowering them to be in control of their life in an otherwise ableist system.
I created a personalized version of the OF logo, visibly inspired by the ISA (International Symbol of Access) for our disabled community so that creators can proudly use it to promote their page, niche, and profession.
The original OF logo is reworked with a custom logo mark and typeface. The colour blue happens to be an accessible colour for blind/low-vision people. However, not all of OF’s brand colours pass the WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) colour contrast ratio standards.
Bonus: OnlyWheels is presented below in hot pink in honour of Barbie rebranding itself to be more inclusive. #BarbieCore
